HI Foundation embarked on a 4-hour door to door outreach which saw facilitators reach out to people in their homes at Jacobu, Amansie Central in the Ashanti Region on 20/03/2018.The market women were not left out. We were humbled by the willingness of the people to learn more about Hypertension. HI looks forward to creating awareness in every community we find ourselves in.
